Hotel Zetta is conveniently located 13.5 miles from San Francisco International Airport and is approximately 20 minutes away by car or taxi, or 45 minutes by BART. Hotel Zetta is also located approximately 20 miles from the Metropolitan Oakland International Airport (OAK), a 30-minute drive by car or taxi, or 28 minutes by BART.

Contact us to request early check-in or late check-out. We always do our best to accommodate early check-in and late checkout requests; however, these will be honored on an availability basis for an additional charge. After 6:00 PM, a full day’s rate will apply, and the room will be extended for that night.

No, there is no minimum age for checking in at Hotel Zetta. However, if a guest is not 18 years or older, we may require a parent or guardian of the guest to assume full liability for any and all proper charges and other obligations incurred by the guest at the hotel, as well as for any and all injuries or damage caused by the guest to any person or property at the hotel.

Concierge service is available at our front desk. Our team is well-versed in recommendations regarding local dining, attractions, activities, and special events.

You may cancel your reservation without penalty until 3:00 pm local hotel time, two days before arrival (48 hours). Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.
